Responsibilities

  • Utilizing leads from recruiting platforms to make outbound calls to all applicants and proactively search for passive candidates and attend job fairs as needed
  • Expect to make a large volume of outbound calls
  • Complete the phone screening, interview and compliance requirements prior to orientation
  • Coordinate with HR Benefits Administrator on new hires
  • Work on new hire retention through employee engagement
  • Track and report on employee turnover by reason
  • Complete report tracking to ensure recruiting metrics are met
  • Perform other related duties as required

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in a Windows environment
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle diverse personalities constructively
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Friendly, professional and personable
  • 2 Years in recruiting preferred but not required
  • Bilingual Preferred (Spanish and English)
  • HS Diploma or GED required
